We'll be tasting six different wines from the Beaujolais region of France. We'll be talking about how each subregion of Beaujolais produces different tasting wines based on their terroir.

Ryan McElveen, a member of the Jurade de St. Emilion, will walk us through the fundamentals of Bordeaux, focusing on varietals, local regions (and what this means on a bottle!), and how to pick the very best bottle of Bordeaux for your money.

We explore some of the unsung heroes of the West Coast, including a look at the mavericks who helped shape the wide array of wines we enjoy today.
